Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 4 sundried tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- ¼ cucumber
- 1 red/yellow pepper
- 75g black olives
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 :
Drain the tuna and flake it into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2 :
Halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the sundried tomatoes and slice the red onion, cucumber, pepper and black olives. Mince the garlic.
Step 3 :
Add these ingredients to the mixing bowl and combine.
Step 4 :
Wash and finely slice the romaine lettuce leaves and add to the bowl.
Step 5 :
Finely chop the basil and add to the bowl alongside a tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp olive oil. Season to taste.
Serve with a slice of lemon and enjoy.
