Both events were very successful sessions with some complimentary 30 minute health review talks in her pop up clinic. During the Nutrition event York Sport members found out what nutritional therapy is and how it can help with the health and day by day diet lifestyle changes for the long term. As an experienced Nutritional Therapist Zoe assesses any current medication interactions with supplements and food, offer guidance on if functional testing is required and support the client in making health life decisions. Menopause talks involved topics such as what happens in the Menopause, what are common symptoms of Menopause, how diet and lifestyle can support those symptoms. Both sessions were professionally produced through the powerpoint slides so it made the sessions clear and understandable for the attendees to follow.
