So what is Nutritional Therapy?
I base all my programmes on the functional medicine approach (which means I look at the whole picture of you). I analyse your health history to date, diet and exercise regimes, explore any symptoms you may have and assess how your current lifestyle may be playing a part in your current situation.
I assess any current medication interactions with supplements and food and offer insight into what functional testing may benefit you to assist you in understanding the symptoms you are experiencing.
Everyone is an individual and as such unique! We all have different bodies, lifestyles and preferences, so we need to consider every element to find what may contribute to your health and well-being status. As we work together, personalised nutritional and lifestyle recommendations will be made which will support you in achieving your goals and improving your health and well-being.

What to expect from a programme
Step 1 – Every programme will start with a complimentary 30-minute health review call. We get the opportunity of chatting through your current situation and health goals to establish which programme will suit you the best.
Step 2 – Prior to your first consultation, I will share a number of documents for you to complete. These will cover health history, diet diary, medication and supplement information. All the information gathered from these documents will help me to understand your current situation to begin to design your individual programme.
Step 3 – Consultation 1 will be approx. a 90-minute consultation (either in person or online) where we will discuss elements of your health and lifestyle information. We will work together to understand what your health and lifestyle goals are and what are the best ways for you to achieve them.
Step 4 – The programme continues with regular consultations and update calls where we will progress the programme, reviewing your health and lifestyle achievements and exploring further recommendations.
Throughout your programme you will receive nutritional information, resources and advice to support you in reaching your personal health and wellbeing goals.
